Bosta UX Audit
Bosta's Create Order flow is a high-frequency task repeated dozens of times daily by merchants — but the original experience had 3 steps, redundant fields, and poor completion feedback.
I conducted a heuristic evaluation, identified 7 friction points, and redesigned the flow around one principle: respect the user's time. The result: orders reduced to a single primary action, 0 extra pages, 40% faster completion, and 80% better feedback visibility — without adding cognitive load.
