Team-Oriented Research Strategy: Together with my team, we championed a diverse research strategy, diving into various facets of Benefits Cloud. This included studying user behavior, financial metrics, and assessing competitor benchmarks.
Collaborative Data Analysis: Working hand-in-hand with my team, we meticulously sifted through platform databases, analyzed user activity logs, evaluated transaction records, and monitored our social media footprint. Our collective efforts led to uncovering pivotal insights to enhance user engagement and optimize revenue channels.
Strengthening Client Bonds: I played a key role in ensuring our team maintained a resilient and positive relationship with our client, Petaurum HR. Through open communication and regular check-ins, our team ensured our project's trajectory was aligned with the client's goals and expectations.
Joint Intervention Strategy Design: After our comprehensive research, our team came together to brainstorm and devise intervention strategies. We collectively aimed to reshape our marketing initiatives, augment platform functionalities, and hone performance metrics.

From Intern to Lead Designer: I began my journey as an intern in Graphic Design but quickly rose to the role of a UI/UX Designer within just 3 months. This rapid progression was a testament to my versatility and my pivotal role in shaping O’Bounce's brand identity from the ground up.
Flagship Creation: I played a central role in birthing our flagship fintech platforms for both mobile and web named "1app". I'm proud to say that our users have recognized our efforts, rating it 4.0 stars on both Android and iOS.
Designing the User Experience: My days were filled with UX research, sketching out user paths, crafting wireframes, and prototyping. My insights became instrumental feedback for our dedicated development team.
Agile Collaboration: I immersed myself in the Agile methodology, working hand-in-hand with developers. Our goal? To deliver an application experience that was seamless and devoid of bugs.
