9:05 AM – 9:15 AM (10 Minutes): Welcome & Icebreaker (Two Truths & a Lie)
- Activity:
- Each participant shares three “facts” about themselves (two truths, one lie). The team guesses which is the lie.
- Purpose:
- Build rapport and set a collaborative tone.
9:20 AM – 9:35 AM (15 Minutes): Meeting Goals & Success Metrics
- Goals:
- Clearly outline the goals for the redesign.

9:40 AM – 10:10 AM (30 Minutes): Brainstorm Ideas & Landing Page Audit
- Activity:
- Review the current landing page section by section.
- Discuss what’s working, what’s not, and initial observations on user experience.
- Focus questions:
- “What’s confusing?”
- “What’s missing?”
- Emphasis on the hero section: Headlines, subheadlines, and CTAs.
10:15 AM – 10:30 AM (15 Minutes): Break
- Quick refresh before resuming the workshop.
10:35 AM – 11:05 AM (30 Minutes): User Journey Mapping
- Activity:
- Map the ideal user journey from landing to conversion.
- Highlight barriers to action (e.g., unclear CTAs, lack of trust signals).
- Deliverable:
- A simple, visual user flow.
11:10 AM – 11:45 AM (30 Minutes): Prioritize Changes & Key Truths
- Activity:
- Finalize what must change for conversions (e.g., CTAs, visual clarity).
- Define what must remain true to reflect the brand and resonate with users.
- Deliverable:
- A prioritized list of design and content updates.
11:50 AM – 12:20 PM (25 Minutes): Next Steps & Wrap-Up
- Activity:
- Assign tasks for hi-fidelity mockups, copy updates, and testing plans.
- Confirm review deadlines and align on implementation timeline.
- Open the floor for final questions or feedback.
——————————————————————
Rationale for Workshop Structure
- Collaborative Environment:
- By involving a cross-functional team (moderator, UX designer, copywriter, marketer), the process ensures all critical perspectives are represented.
- Time-Efficient Agenda:
- The 3-hour structure balances structured discussion with breaks, ensuring participants remain focused and energized.
- Focus on High-Impact Elements:
- The workshop prioritizes key elements of the landing page (e.g., hero section, user journey) to maximize conversion potential.

Hey, Jaylin, this is a great workshop plan!
The timing and activities are adequate for a successful outcome.
I would make an adjustment to guide better the ideation phase. Instead of trying to find what is missing and confusing, define the ideal user flow first and test to find what is getting in the way of this ideal flow. Also, bring the users' feedback in this phase. And answer how can you fix those issues. Then, you will have a more directed brainstorm, which can generate more focused ideas.
Congrats on your great plan!
