Vehicle Inspection App

I worked on this app as a UX Lead for four months in 2022. The goal was to deliver an end to end MVP version of this app. I worked to design a multiplatform mobile app for Lemon Squad technicians (aka Inspectors).

Inspector App is an entirely new app for all inspectors to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, accommodating different workflows within the vehicle inspection.

My work involved multiple discovery sessions with stakeholders, wireframing, prototyping and testing. In four months, I delivered a complete set of app design, a design system, and worked with the company founder, PMs, and engineers to bring a product from 0 to 1. Currently this app is getting used by 1500+ technicians and has significantly improved both the operational efficiency, and the success for both the users (technicians) and the business in terms of revenue growth. Average number of job completion has increased from 3 jobs a day to 5+ jobs.
