First of all, love that we have a clear, relatable figure. Julien feels realistic and grounded. I can absolutely picture him juggling a thousand things while sipping his third coffee of the morning. You’ve got pains, goals, challenges, and even his sources of info. This gives us a really solid understanding of what keeps Julien up at night.
But too much text not enough hierarchy. Each section is fighting for attention. Could we apply more visual hierarchy? Also, Julien has a lot going on, but what hurts the most?
Nonetheless, it's a great foundation.
Oh, I also noticed you submitted this project under the Analytical Dashboard for the Work Management Tool brief. Just a heads-up, this one should actually go under User Persona instead!
