I have no comment! you did great job with every single step! I really like your attention to details! very very nice! keep it up
Your Checkout page is super easy to navigate and inviting for users looking to buy products from your online store. It's all so smooth, clear, and pleasing to look at. And your thinking behind the design really shines through, showing off all the user-friendly features you've incorporated into your design. You're doing an amazing job — keep it up!
The elements are well placed and the design looks clean. It would be nice if the products could be edited by users on the checkout page, such as changing the quantity of the product. Great job 👍
The checkout is clean and logically split into steps.
The accordion structure (Contact → Delivery → Payment) guides users well, and the ability to edit previous sections is solid "User control and freedom." It's great that different delivery variants (Nova Poshta, courier, pickup) were designed with dynamically changing fields - this shows thinking about real scenarios.
The discount code feedback (the "applied" state with a "Remove" option) and the "Secure" badge under the confirmation button also work well. However, there's a typo in the cart "Sing up" instead of "Sign up". That hurts in a portfolio piece.
I also miss a visible progress indicator (e.g., a 1/3 stepper) to help users understand how many steps remain. Prices are in dollars while the brief mentions a Ukrainian shop - hryvnia would be more contextually consistent.
The written brief is very thorough and analytical, which shows strong thinking. Solid work overall. Polishing these details will make the project feel truly complete. Keep going! ✌️😊
Hi, Yevheniya,
I really liked your design. You clearly know how to create a user-friendly interface. Keep up the great work!
Here are a few highlights I noted:
- Color choice - minimalistic, user-friendly, and accessible
- Flexibility with editing provided information
- Clear and uncluttered page for the process
Here are a few suggestions you might consider:
- Enable the discount code field throughout the process. For some users, the price can be a deal breaker, so having the ability to check the final price from the beginning would be very helpful.
- Elevate user control and freedom by allowing users to navigate anywhere they want during the checkout process. Consider keeping the navigation bar at the top, like on your first screen. The current options only let users go to the home page or help center, which might not be flexible enough.
- Regarding the accordion menus, they look great when folded. However, when they unfold, the menu names (like Contact, Delivery, Payment) with borders and the fields below them don't initially appear as related items. You might consider either not using a border line on the menu names when they are unfolded or creating a container with a border that nests all related fields together. This way, it will be clearer that the menu name and the fields belong to the same section.
I hope you find it helpful, wish you all the best in your career!
Awesome work! The design is clean and simple, easy to navigate and engaging. I have no words! Truly an amazing job — keep it up!
