Sequential structure
A sequential site’s structure guides users through content in a specific, step-by-step order. Think of it as a guided tour through a digital process, like an online checkout or a software installation wizard. In a sequential structure, the user progresses from one stage to the next in a defined sequence, without the ability to skip steps or choose an alternate path.
It's commonly used in scenarios where information or actions need to be completed in a particular order, providing a clear, directed path that leads users from start to finish without confusion.
