As a Product Designer, you’ll be a key player in shaping the future of PDF Expert on the web, building an AI-powered PDF Copilot, a solution that transforms static documents into interactive, intelligent experiences. Your design expertise will drive innovation, tackle complex user and business challenges, and play a significant role in expanding PDF Expert to the web.

In this role, you will:

  • Define, design, and consistently improve the PDF Expert experience, with a primary focus on web-based experiences.
  • Create prototypes, user flows, and top-quality interface designs while addressing customer needs through customer-centered and data-driven design decisions.
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product design decisions.
  • Drive product design initiatives that have a direct impact on product strategy and business metrics.
  • Develop product hypotheses and lead the implementation of new product ideas from concept to launch.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Collaborate with partners in product, engineering, marketing, and analytics to create and implement product design solutions.
  • Contribute to an impact-driven design culture focused on continuous learning and growth. Play an active role in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and enjoyable working environment.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions. A portfolio presented in a case study format is a big plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and product thinking, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to tackle complex and ambiguous design challenges.
  • A strong blend of UI mastery and deep UX expertise, with experience driving design efforts from concept to execution and ensuring seamless, user-centered solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and present ideas effectively.
  • Great presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to advocate for new ideas or initiatives.
  • A driven self-starter, experienced in taking ownership of the direction of strategic projects.
  • You’re energized by fast-paced, ever-evolving environments, managing multiple priorities with focus and composure.
