Koi Studios is a modern product design studio dedicated to creating user-centric strategies and exceptional digital designs. We help companies across various industries and sizes to make design their competitive advantage. Our mission is to design products that make the world a bit easier to live in by conceptualizing product MVPs, leading redesigns, supporting design teams, and building design systems.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Product Design (UI/UX Design) Intern, you will work directly with our design director to:

• Conduct research to support design initiatives.
• Assist with design execution across a variety of projects.
• Participate in user testing and gather insights for iterative design.
• Collaborate on internal projects, including website updates, marketing assets, and outreach materials.
• Support the design team in creating design systems and light branding.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Must have a portfolio with at least 2 case studies that demonstrate both UI and UX skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, including using components and variables.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
